Shipping policy

This item was listed as shipping within 3-5 business days. Product was ordered 6/18 and was shipped 6/25, within the 5 business day limit. As well as clear communication with the buyer. There should be no explanation for a chargeback to occur 24 hours after product has been shipped, and after the customer was notified.
